Thus, it is fundamental to a good predictive maintenance plan. On this plan, it is essential to include the study of the system&#8217;s vibration, which allows the understanding of the global status of the system mechanical components.<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class='gap nz-clearfix' style='height:10px'>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>The vibration analysis allows the detection of several problems, from defects, imbalances or misalignments. It is possible, without disassembling, to understand what kind of intervention must be planned and accomplished.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div  class=\"nz-section horizontal animate-false full-width-false\"   data-animation-speed=\"35000\" data-parallax=\"false\" style=\"padding-bottom:30px;\"><div class=\"nz-row\"><div class=\"col col6  col-animate-false\" data-align=\"left\" data-effect=\"fade-left\" data-margin=\"false\"><div class=\"col-inner\" style=\"\"><div style=\"\" class=\"nz-column-text nz-clearfix\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>What is the principle of this analysis?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><div class='gap nz-clearfix' style='height:15px'>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The vibration analysis is based on the principle of recording deterministic vibrations &#8211; periodic vibrations that are repeated during the operation of the equipment.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><div class='gap nz-clearfix' style='height:10px'>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">After recording, all the vibrations are evaluated and the amplitude of each frequency is studied, allowing to understand its origin and thereafter the intervention to perform on the exact component.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><div class='gap nz-clearfix' style='height:10px'>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">By acquiring the time signal and transforming it into a frequency spectrum, it is possible to analyze it based on the Fast Fourier Transform (FFT).\u00a0Each fault related to an equipment has its own frequency.
