On the 16th January 2018, TecnoVeritas was present on the IBCVET final Conference, in Auditório Citeforma, Lisbon.

 

IBCVET – International Benchmarking on Continuing Vocational Educational Training – is a project funded by the programme Erasmus+ that aims to improve CVET public policies at European and national level within the Blue economy, in particular, the shipbuilding sector, and the enhancement of the opportunities for adult skills’ development, employed and unemployed, especially those with low educational and professional levels of qualification.”

 

This project had the participation of four selected European regions – Brittany, Galicia, Malta and Portugal, and a conference was organised on each region:

  • Participation in PRO&MER – Brest, Brittany
  • International Forum – Malta
  • International Forum – Spain
  • Final Conference – Portugal

At the final conference, all the participants had the opportunity to present their conclusions and their work made during this project, and at the end of the conference, there was a debate with the participation of shipbuilding and ship repair companies, training entities and public authorities.

 

AIN – Associação das Indústrias NavaisANQEP – Agência Nacional para a Qualificação e o Ensino Profissional, I.P, and Magellan were the Portuguese entities involved on the project.

 

TecnoVeritas participated in the final conference and survey requested by AIN, for their research and project development.
